To participate in the raffle, that started on September 7, 2009, all you have to do is deposit your Federal Incentive check in your Banco Popular account or receive it through Direct Deposit within the dates of the contest. An electronic coupon will automatically be assigned to your account. Four (4) prizes of $250 will be raffled on a monthly basis, as well as one (1) grand prize of $2,000.
